The first ten minutes decide the rest.
In a crush injury, a chemical burn or a cardiac arrest on a plant floor, outcome is set long before the hospital is reached. Statura resources the first ten minutes and then commits to them in writing: a nurse at the incident, a physician on the line, an ambulance moving, each within a time that is a term of the agreement rather than an aspiration.

What is committed, and in what time
Schedule to the agreement
| Standard | Time | What makes it possible |
|---|---|---|
| Nurse at the incident | 5 min | Resident clinical staff on every shift, radio-linked to security and to line supervisors. |
| Physician on the line | 10 min | Tele-consult around the clock, with the worker’s record already open in front of the physician. |
| Ambulance departing | 15 min | Driver on shift rather than on call, vehicle checked daily, receiving hospital pre-alerted. |
The chain, end to end
How a call runs
- The call
- One number, known on the floor, answered by the resident team. No switchboard, no ticket.
- On scene
- The resident nurse or paramedic reaches the incident and begins to the protocol written for that hazard, not a generic one.
- The physician
- A physician joins by video with the health record open — allergies, conditions, previous examinations — rather than starting from nothing.
- Transfer
- The ambulance is fuelled and its driver already on shift. The receiving hospital is told who is coming and what happened before the vehicle arrives.
- Afterwards
- The incident is logged with times, actions and outcome. Protocols are drilled every quarter and rewritten after every incident.
Questions
How is a response time actually enforced?
Response times are entered as a schedule to the service agreement. Every incident is logged with its times, performance is reported monthly to HR, EHS and plant leadership, and a missed standard escalates to a founding partner.
Can you work with the hospital or ambulance provider we already use?
Yes, and it is common. Where a site has a hospital tie-up or ambulance contract that works, Statura operates around it and names it in the response protocol. What does not change is who is accountable for the response time: that stays with Statura, whoever the vehicle belongs to.
What happens on a night shift or a holiday?
Clinical staff are resident on every shift, and the physician tele-consult runs around the clock. The medical assistance line is staffed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Start with one site.
Send us one site. A physician and an industrial safety engineer walk it over two weeks and hand back a written report: the statutory obligations that apply, where the current arrangement falls short, the staffing and equipment required, and a recommended operating model. No charge, no obligation, and the report is yours to keep either way.
