Questions
We run three shifts. Is cover resident on all of them?
Yes. Nursing and paramedic staff are resident on every shift, and the physician tele-consult runs around the clock. A standard that only holds in the day shift is not a standard.
Our plant is classed as a hazardous process. What changes?
Sections 41C and 87 bring pre-employment and periodic medical examination, health records and a qualified medical officer into play regardless of headcount. The assessment reads them against your specific classification and the rules of the state you are registered in.
